Take our campus survey, make a difference and win – respond by 9th November

Our annual Leesman campus survey measures how well the current university environment supports your work at Aalto University. Based on the previous years’ results, we have developed the university’s indoor climate, including acoustics and lighting, and have diversified the range of services available on the campus. Most recently, we have improved the outdoor areas on the campus.
At the end of the survey please provide your feedback directly on the campus area map as well. In your opinion, what aspects need development and what already works? You will find a link to the map at the end of the Leesman survey.
Your responses will be processed anonymously. The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete.

The survey is open until 9 November 2022.
By taking the survey and leaving your contact information you can win a lunch package (worth EUR 60). We will raffle five packages. If the overall response rate to the personnel survey exceeds 40%, we will also raffle off other prizes that promote wellbeing.
Thank you for the co-operation!

You can make a difference by taking the survey. We use the results of the survey as a tool for continuous development. Your feedback is important to us.
The campus survey is carried out by ACRE, the operator responsible for the campus and properties of Aalto University. The survey is provided by Leesman (www.leesmanindex.fi). Leesman has the most extensive independent international benchmarking data on the employee experience and the functionality of work environments. Based on the survey, a Leesman index will be created for the university campus. The index describes the campus experience on a scale of 0–100. In 2020, Aalto University’s Leesman index was 66.7.
