Now, profile details such as profile pictures, publications and academic merits for academic staff seamlessly integrate inºÚÁÏÍø.fi from the Research portal. Ensure that the visibility settings for the researcher profile on Aalto.fi are set to public. This ensures that all information, including researcher descriptions, publications, and academic merits, is visible to a broader audience, even outside Aalto University. Also, make sure your profile is visible on . If you have transitioned from a research assistant to a doctoral researcher at Aalto, your profile may not be publicly visible by default. Ensure proper visibility by checking and, if necessary, adjusting settings at .

Additionally, the information for service staff members is integrated inºÚÁÏÍø.fi from the HR system, Workday (Profiles at aalto.fi | Aalto University).
