The recruitment of Vice President for Research has started
The recruitment process to find the next Vice President for Research has begun (), with the aim of making the appointment during September’s board meeting.
‘Tuija has served as Vice President from 2014, and before that she worked as Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering. She has brought Aalto’s research significantly forward and made great strides in our innovation activities, for which we thank her deeply. We are now searching for a new vice president who can continue our university’s renewal,’ says Kristiina Mäkelä, Provost of Aalto University.
A recruitment committee has been formed to carry out the recruitment process of the Vice President.
The committee is chaired by Professor Timo Saarinen, Vice Dean of the School of Business and its members are:
