Aalto University School of Business was the first Nordic Business School to earn the accreditation in 2007. To maintain this hallmark of excellence in management education the business school must undergo a rigorous review every five years.

‘Accreditations, such as AACSB, show to our school that it is recognized as one of the leading business schools in the world. This time, our school received praise for our teaching, such as the use of real-life cases, and the quality of our research,’ says Timo Korkeamäki, Dean of the School of Business.

‘I would like to thank all employees and partners of the school for their dedicated work to continuously improve how the school supports student learning, addresses important business and societal questions through high quality research, and contributes to the development of society’.

The School of Business’ achievement is recognized at the AACSB International Conference and Annual meeting in BI Norwegian Business School, Oslo, in June.

Aalto University School of Business is the first business school in Finland and the first business school in the Nordics to have received the prestigious triple crown, i.e. all three labels of excellence from the world’s leading business school accreditation bodies AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS already in 2007.
