Travel claim system M2 replaced by M2 Blue on 8 May 2018

Next Tuesday the 8th of May Aalto will start using a new travel and expense claim system called M2 Blue.

At the same time the travel management service HRG’s view is renewed and you can access the system by using a new route.

What changes?
•    You can log in to the new M2 Blue system in Aalto Inside by choosing M2 Blue Travel Expense System under the Tools menu.
•    You can access HRG portal in Aalto Inside by choosing Travel reservations under the Tools menu.

What should you do?
•    Starting from the launch date, please access both M2 Blue and HRG portal through Aalto Inside’s Tools menu and start using the new links to the systems.
•    Due to information security reasons, credit card details and other personal details in your profile will not be automatically transferred into the new system. Travellers will update their own personal details in the new system.
Detailed instructions for M2 Blue as well as the instructions on how to update your profile in HRG will be published as the system launches.
