UniSport encourages you to stay active – benefits for Aalto community members

In May, Otaniemi celebrates the “Sustainable on the Move” theme month. UniSport offers a variety of benefits and tips for Aalto University students and staff to support everyday physical activity.

Theme Month Benefits and Tips

Explore UniSport for Free

Aalto community members can redeem one free single visit between 1–31 May.
Redeem the visit in UniSport’s online shop with the code “otaniemi”.

  • The single visit includes access to the gym, group exercise classes and ball sports sessions at the UniSport centre of your choice.
  • In the online shop: select “Single visit”, enter the campaign code “otaniemi” to get the visit free of charge, read and accept the terms of use and click “pay” to activate the free visit.

Relax with the Neurosonic divan – half price

Neurosonic treatment supports concentration, reduces stress, eases strain and promotes recovery.
From 1–31 May, students and staff can enjoy a 60-minute Neurosonic session for -50%.
Neurosonic divans are available at UniSport Otaniemi and Kluuvi.

The discounted price appears automatically in the online shop when you log in with your HAKA credentials.

Prices:

  • students: 5 € (norm. 10 €)
  • staff: 7.50 € (norm. 14 €)

Print a break-exercise poster for your study or work space

The poster reminds you to take refreshing breaks and offers ideas for easy movements.

Join the free Take a break! sessions

Take a break! sessions in Otaniemi run on Tuesdays until 31 May:

  • Tuesdays 13:30–13:45 – Undergraduate Centre, 2nd floor, in front of A and B halls (Otakaari 1)
  • Tuesdays 14:00–14:15 – Learning Centre, 2nd floor foyer (Otaniementie 9)
  • Tuesdays 14:30–14:45 – Väre building, stairs from the main lobby to the basement (Otaniementie 14)
