- Key characteristics of Global Competence & Global Virtual Teams (GVTs)
- Identifying common communication challenges (e.g. workflow, technological, and interpersonal challenges) in GVTs
- Effective use of ‘metacommunication (i.e. communication about communication)’ in GVTs
- Effective use of technologies in GVTs
