Work as a campus tour guide - join the training on 11 October 2023
Trained Aalto University campus tour guides take groups to the most intriguing places on campus and share their own experience with the visitors. The aim of the tours is to increase interest in studying at Aalto. The remuneration for a tour is 40 euros per tour.
The second training of the autumn is organised on 11 October 2023 at 15-17 in Undergraduate Centre (U137a 'Historiahuone', Otakaari 1). Sign up on 10 October at the latest by sending an email to admissions@aalto.fi. The training is organised by Aalto University Admission Services and Student Recruitment team.
Our campus tour guides should be fluent enough in Finnish or Swedish to be able to give tours in Finnish or Swedish. The visiting groups will be mostly Finnish speaking, but there might be some Swedish speaking groups as well. The tour guides can be Bachelor's or Master's students and represent any of Aalto's study fields.
In the training, you will first get information on general guided tour practices (about 45 min). You then get to participate in an example campus tour (about 1 hour). The training is held in Finnish.
For further information, please contact Aalto University Admission Services (admissions@aalto.fi).
