I am an educator, team and individual coach (ACC, International Coaching Federation), and internal consultant at Aalto University (Finland), and my work centers on entrepreneurial and innovation contexts. As a consultant in the Co‑Educators Team (The Aalto Co-Educators | Aalto University), I integrate Aalto’s cross‑cutting approaches—entrepreneurial mindset, sustainability, and radical creativity—into programs and courses. Since 2018, I have led the university‑wide Entrepreneurship Lab course, guiding students through the full startup journey and teaching self‑leadership, leadership, design thinking, teamwork, and sustainable entrepreneurship to over a thousand learners. I coach Aalto staff and Research to Business teams to clarify roles, build healthy cultures, improve communication, and raise innovation readiness. Previously, I served as Head of Education at Aalto Ventures Program, where I steered strategy, budgets, hiring, and the scaling of entrepreneurship education.
In addition to my work as an internal consultant, I am a doctoral student in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at the School of Science, researching the governance and signals of potential success in Research to Business teams. My research interests are academic entrepreneurship, signaling theory, and sensemaking.
