Md Pabel Sikder is a Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Automation at Aalto University, Finland. He received an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's degree in Renewable Energy in the Marine Environment, specializing in power system operation and control, from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (Norway), University College Cork (Ireland), and University of the Basque Country (Spain) in 2024. He holds a B.Sc. (2019) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He served as a Lecturer in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Canadian University of Bangladesh from 2019 to 2022. His research focuses on power system dynamics, converter-dominated grids, AI-driven grid monitoring, small-signal stability analysis, and renewable energy integration.
