Beat the Blues: I'm enough - the power of self compassion

Self-compassion can be described as an internal force, a skill that can help us navigate through the ups and downs in life. Its tender side allows us to treat ourselves with kindness and care when we most need it. Its fierce side can help us take action, to protect ourselves and reach our goals. It can also help us connect to others and therefore reduce loneliness.
