Nordic Master in Visual Studies and Art Education (NM NoVA) is a double degree program between Aalto University, the School of Arts, Design and Architecture (Finland) and Aalborg University (Denmark) in which students achieve a comprehensive understanding of Nordic practices and traditions in art education, visual culture, and cultural work. NM NoVA graduates receive Master degree diplomas both from Aalborg University and Aalto University. The programme is coordinated by the School of Arts, Design and Architecture. All courses are organized and co-taught between Aalto University and Aalborg University.

Theses are to be submitted in PDF/A format, as this ensures their long-term preservation. Use Aalto's thesis templates and carefully check your file's compatibility with a PDF/A format before submission.
