Mini stand, 990 € + VAT
NOTE: Mini stands are intended for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as non-profit associations. We use the classification defined by Statistics Finland to determine SMEs. Please ensure that your organization meets the criteria before selecting a mini stand.

General information about the fair area and stands
Talent Expo 2025 will be held at Dipoli on the Otaniemi campus. Please note that unfortunately, Dipoli is not a fully accessible venue. The event takes place on two floors, with the second floor primarily accessible via stairs. Due to transportation limitations within the venue, only branded stands are available for purchase, with the exception of mini stands. At mini stands, you may bring, for example, your own roll-up banner.
Access to the second floor of Dipoli for transporting goods is only via stairs. Therefore, most stands can only accommodate exhibition materials that can be carried up the stairs by hand on the morning of the event. If you have any questions regarding accessibility, please contact us in advance at talentexpo@aalto.fi. We are happy to assist and guide you in any situation.
Please note that your booth includes only the furniture and equipment listed.
Ordering Additional Furniture
If you wish to order additional furniture for your booth, this can be done directly through the exhibition constructor, Maiseri Oy. Additional orders must be placed via email to Maiseri at jarkko@maiseri.fi. Please ensure all additional orders are made until October 1, 2025.
