At Career Design Lab, we provide research-based, creative services and collaborate with the Aalto University community and partners. We support Aalto students and alumni in career design, collaborate with alumni and organizations, connect employers with Aalto talent and help all lifewide learners prepare for the future of work. The Aalto Thesis Day events will bring together students interested in thesis projects and potential employers in autumn 2025. As a student, you will have the opportunity to plan your thesis through a diverse programme and by meeting with employers. As an employer, you can showcase existing thesis collaboration opportunities within your organisation or brainstorm new ideas together with students.

Aalto University's largest recruitment event Talent Expo will be organized in Dipoli (Otaniemi) on November 6th, 2025! Come and meet the employers at the recruitment fair and attend also the virtual fair activities during the fair week.
