How do I prepare for the NEO go live?
The M2 system will be replaced by the new travel and expense management system Neo on April 20, 2021. All expense and travel claims and unallocated card transactions must be processed in M2 and sent for approval no later than April 19, 2021. After that, travel expense and expense reports are made in Neo.

NEO offers easier processes for end user
NEO offers several opportunities for an automated process. When making the expense report the end user does not have to worry about selecting a correct travel type or VAT code for the expenses. All VAT calculations are done in the background. This requires fewer mandatory selections than before when making the expense report.
