Invisible Walls at Work: Understanding and Preventing Workplace Ostracism - Making Waves 6/11/2025
What happens when employees are quietly ignored, excluded, or left out of communication loops? Workplace ostracism can affect well-being, teamwork, and trust. In this session, Dr. Sirpa Manninen, expert on workplace ostracism and social dynamics in organizations, will explain how subtle exclusionary behaviors emerge, what consequences they have for employees and teams, and how organizations can build more inclusive and psychologically safe environments.
