Quality management
The quality system of Aalto University is an entity of policies, procedures and processes aimed at safeguarding and improving the quality of the university activities, its education, its research and other activities.
Aalto University maintains and develops a quality system in order to support its strategic management and to be able to continuously improve its activities at all levels. The quality system is thus an entity of procedures and processes aimed at safeguarding and improving the quality of the university, its education, its research, and other activities. Quality policy and the Plan-Do-Check-Act principle are the basis of Aalto's quality management.
Development Manager Jukka Hassinen and the School's Management Team together with the CHEM Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) group are responsible for quality affairs in the School of Chemical Engineering. Development Manager chairs the EDI group which steers the EDI work and prepares the CHEM EDI action plans.
