Equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) are part of our core values and support the wellbeing, creativity, and ability of our community to foster the best possible research, teaching, and impact. In the Aalto University EDI plan, we define how we promote these values and goals within our community. The upcoming EDI plan will be for the years 2025–2028.

We want every community member to feel welcome and safe, and therefore, alongside the EDI plan, principles of a safer space are also in preparation. They will help us build better everyday encounters, so that everyone can work and study in a safe and pleasant university environment.
