What do you do for work?

Learning facilitation, responsible mainly for the course Electricity Distribution and Markets, post-doc research in power systems, as well as mentoring and supervising.

What acts of inclusion do you do in your work?

Share with students that our gender, ethnicity, family, genetics and society are all entirely accidental 鈥 there's no choice about the state or situation into which we are born! This contemplation gives rise to an ethical way of living that considers the accidental nature of birth and conditioning.

For courses, utilise a 鈥渕ulticultural鈥 group-forming algorithm based on a crafted questionnaire with opt-out options, which makes groups as diverse as possible, in terms of gender, nationality, and personality.

Aside from these activities, trying to respect all, softly trying to balance that fact that while most of us fall within some normative category, we should be able to manifest ourselves freely, free of bigotry and coercion, with respect for all beings..!
