In the fourth episode of the season, Riikka Evans interviews senior university lecturer Kyösti Ruuttunen about academic guidance. Academic supervision is at best a joint journey that supports self-reflection. The aim of the guidance – and academic advising as a part of the guidance system – is to support the student in their study path. Academic advisor is a person who discusses, cares and gives advices if needed.

Future-led Learning podcast strives to develop the learning culture at Aalto University and offers a platform to university educators to reflect their ideas about teaching and learning. The podcast series is a part of the Oasis of Radical Wellbeing at Aalto University and is hosted by Riikka Evans.
