Practical training in the majors BIOINFO, BME, BIOSENS, CS, and NEURO
Work experience in master's degree
- It is possible to include 1–10 ECTS gained from work experience in the master’s degree.
- Please note that if you include course JOIN-A0003 Contributing in Community (3 ECTS) in your degree, only 7 ECTS of practical training is accepted in the degree.
- Work experience is not mandatory but recommended.
- Work experience is included in the elective studies. It is also possible to include maximum of 5 ECTS of work experience in SCI majors: BIOINFO, BME, CS, and NEURO.
- Work experience can be done either in Finland or abroad.
- Work experience has to be related to the programme's studies.
- As a rule, duties performed in the student’s home university, or while holding a position of trust, or student’s own projects are not accepted as practical training
