How to find content authors, editors, and owners

This article explains how you can filter aalto.fi content based on the author, editor, and content owner.

You can filter all content by the following roles:

  • author, i.e. the person who has originally created the content.
  • editor, i.e. the person who has edited the content most recently.
  • content owner, i.e. the person who is responsible for the content.

All content at aalto.fi can be found by clicking on the 鈥淐ontent鈥 button in the top left-hand corner.

To find content you have created, start typing your name in the field 鈥淎uthored by鈥. Select your name when you see it in the list, and then click on 鈥淔ilter鈥.

The field 鈥淓dited by鈥 will show all the content you have edited. Search for the content edited by you the same way as in the 鈥淎uthored by鈥 field.

The field 鈥淐ontent owner鈥 will show any content that you (or any person whose content you're looking for) own. It works in the same way as the 鈥淎uthored by鈥 field.

You can also filter the results by, for example, the language of the content or page type, to find, for example a news page you have created in Finnish.
