Destination: Doctorate continues with sessions on motivation and enhancing focus

The next theme sessions of Destination: Doctorate concentrate on sources of motivation and solutions to build motivation (13.3.2025) , as well as getting things done by enhancing your focus and overcoming procrastination (2.4.2025). The sessions comprise an introduction to the theme as well as practical exercises to take you forward.

Destination: Doctorate is a project by Doctoral education services seeking to support the progress of doctoral students and to help them advance their doctoral thesis and studies.

Are you wondering how to complete your doctoral studies? Do you feel that you need more support for progressing with your thesis, or have you been away from your studies for awhile? 

Destination: Doctorate -activities are designed to help you with setting clear goals and reaching them, getting back on track, finishing your studies, boosting your motivation and improving your work practices and time management. The theme sessions are especially targeted for the doctoral students who have pre-registered last year, and they are open to all doctoral students at Aalto University. 

The sessions are a good place to meet other doctoral students!
